现在主要研究柑橘黄龙病和其传播媒介柑橘木虱的相互作用关系。 曾经主要针对钻蛀性害虫小蠹与其共生菌的关系,及其相关生物学、生态学特征的分析。对于入侵性和潜在入侵性的小蠹虫-真菌共生关系开展研究。其中包括如下:- 亚洲小蠹、长小蠹共生真菌的协同进化关系研究
- 中国枫香刺小蠹Acanthotomicus suncei的虫道真菌群落分析
- 中国小圆胸小蠹Euwallacea fornicatus种团分布、寄主、共生真菌的研究
